SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS AND INFORMATION
To enjoy your subscription fully, please take advantage of the following
subscriber benefits:
EASY SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGE
Date conflict? Unable to attend your scheduled performance? Please exchange
your tickets by phone, in person, by fax, e-mail or mail for another
performance of the same show at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled
performance.
We make every effort to provide comparable seating; however, we are
unable to guarantee specific locations.
SCR Subscribers may exchange tickets free of service charge. (Single
ticket buyers are charged a $5 per ticket fee.) Tickets are subject
to availability and are non-refundable.
Patrons exchanging to a higher priced ticket will be charged the difference.
If exchanging into a less expensive ticket, the balance is non-refundable. Subscription
discounts may not be available on all dates or in all seating sections. Any
upgrade fees are due at the time you make your exchange.
To Exchange by PHONE:
Please have your tickets in hand as there
is important information located only on the actual ticket. Then
call the Subscription Hotline at 714-708-5599 and we will exchange
your tickets. Your original tickets are due
when picking up your new seats.
To Exchange IN PERSON:
Simply bring your tickets to the SCR Box Office. In order to ensure
that all performances start on time, we are unable to process any
exchanges later than one-half hour prior to the first curtain. However,
we can process exchanges during the first act of the show. Fill
out the "SCR Exchange Form" (available at the Box Office
or download
and print the Acrobat version) indicating three alternate date/time
choices. Please include name, address and phone number and drop
the form in the Box Office Lobby window; include the tickets to
be changed.
Requests deposited prior to curtain may be picked up from the House
Manager at intermission.
To Exchange by FAX or E-MAIL:
Cut your tickets in half lengthwise, make a photocopy/scan and fax
to (714) 708-5522 or e-mail to boxoffice@scr.org. Please fill out
the "SCR Exchange Form" (available at the Box Office or download
and print the Acrobat version) indicating three alternate date/time
choices and your name, address and phone number where we may confirm
your exchange.
To Exchange by MAIL:
Allow at least seven working days prior to the current date on your
tickets and mail to Ticket Services, P.O. Box 2197, Costa Mesa,
CA 92628-2197. Please fill out the "SCR Exchange Form" (available
at the Box Office or download
and print the Acrobat version) indicating three alternate date/time
choices and your name, address and phone number where we may confirm
your exchange.
TICKET DONATIONS
Please do not let your tickets go unused. Prior to the performance time,
you may return your tickets to the Box Office by mail, phone or fax
as a tax-deductible contribution. We will mail a receipt for your
records after we have received your unused tickets.
LOST TICKETS
If you should lose your tickets, phone us as soon as possible, and we
will replace them for you. Or stop by the Box Office and we will replace
them prior to your performance.
Without exception, all audience members must have a ticket to be admitted.
All tickets are non-refundable.
MISSED SUBSCRIPTION PERFORMANCES
If you miss your performance, please call the Subscriber Hotline to
make arrangements for a performance of the same production within
two weeks of your original date (subject to availability, limited
to Section A only). Then bring your unused tickets to the Box Office
to receive these complimentary missed performance tickets. Reservations
are final. One free claim per season. A $5 service charge per ticket
will apply for subsequent missed show claims. (Does not apply to Theatre
for Young Audiences (TYA) or holiday shows.)
SINGLE TICKET SAVINGS
Subscribers receive $5 off the purchase of additional tickets to Segerstrom
Stage or Argyros Stage shows, including La Posada Mágica,
subject to availability. (Does not apply to Theatre for Young Audiences
(TYA) or A Christmas Carol.) Simply mention you are a current
subscriber when calling.
Super Subscribers receive extra savings—$10 off the purchase
of additional tickets, including A Christmas Carol performances
November 24-December 6 and La Posada Mágica/The Magical
Journey December
14-23. (Excludes Theatre for Young Audiences and student matinees.)
"RE-PLAY" DISCOUNT
Enjoy a second visit to any show for which you have season tickets at
50% off the single ticket price. This special offer is valid for subscriber
use only for Segerstrom or Argyros season shows. (Does not apply to
Theatre for Young Audiences or holiday shows.)
PRIORITY FOR "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" AND "LA
POSADA MAGICA"
Subscribers and Friends of SCR receive the opportunity to purchase tickets
to SCR's annual holiday productions before the general public. Orders
are processed by date received, so early ordering is advised. Mail orders
are being accepted now. Telephone orders will be accepted on a
date to be announced. Holiday
tickets are not mailed with subscription tickets; they are mailed separately. Note: Holiday tickets go onsale to the general public on August 26, 2007.
MEMBERSHIP CARD/SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNTS
Season tickets have your SCR SubSCRiber Membership Card built in. Just
detach and carry it with you to receive special performance-night
restaurant offers from SCR's Bon Appetit program.
SUBSCRIBER NEWSLETTER
SCR publishes SubSCRiber, an informative newsletter, to enhance your
appreciation of each production. Every effort is made to mail it so
that you receive it prior to the date you are scheduled to attend
the theatre. If you have subscribed with a group of friends, please
give us their names and addresses to insure that they receive their
SubSCRiber newsletter as well as notice of special subscriber events.
PARKING
The most convenient, secure parking for SCR patrons is available in
the structure off Anton Boulevard and Park Center Drive. An $8 parking
charge will be collected as you enter. The parking structure is not
owned or operated by South Coast Repertory. Many local restaurants
offer complimentary parking during SCR performances. Go

LATE SEATING
To cause the least disruption, SCR patrons who have not entered the
theatre when the performance begins will be asked to watch the monitors
in the lobby until intermission.
Latecomers may be assisted to alternate seats by the House Manager
at an appropriate interval and may take their assigned seats at intermission.
SCR accepts no liability for inconvenience to latecomers.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If your address is listed incorrectly, or if you should move during
the season, please notify us so that we may keep our records accurate.
Please include telephone and e-mail changes as well.
SEATING PRIORITY
Seats are assigned in the order that subscription orders are received.
We make every effort to honor seating requests.
CELL PHONES, BEEPERS AND WATCH ALARMS
As a courtesy to the actors and other audience members, please turn
off your watch alarm, beeper and/or cell phone, or set it to non-audible
mode. No texting, please.
If you expect a call during the performance, please leave your name
and seat number with the House Manager, and give the phone number (714)
708-5500, ext. 5442, to your telephone service.
BAR SERVICE
Beverage and cocktail service is available before the show and during
all intermissions. For added convenience, order your intermission
drinks before the show; they will be waiting for you at the break.
LISTENING ENHANCEMENT
Both the Segerstrom Stage and Argyros Stage auditoriums feature the
Sennheiser infrared listening enhancement system. Headsets amplify
the sound from the stage and may be used from any seat. Please see
the House Manager or the Sennheiser Usher in the lobby to check out
a free headset (subject to availability).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The use of a hearing aid in combination with
the Sennheiser headset creates feedback that is disturbing to the audience. If
you wear a hearing aid, please be sure to turn it off when using a Sennheiser
headset to prevent this problem.
ASL INTERPRETED PERFORMANCES
Each Segerstrom and Argyros Stage subscription play and A Christmas
Carol offers an ASL interpreted performance for the deaf community
on a select Saturday matinee of the run (please
see calendar). For more information, please call the SCR Box Office

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Seating arrangements for patrons with wheelchairs must be made in advance
of the performance date by notifying Ticket Services.
YOUNG CHILDREN AND BABIES
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat, and be
able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance. We do not permit
children under the age of six to attend SCR performances, with the
exception of A Christmas Carol, La Posada Mágica, Theatre
for Young Audiences productions, and the children's theatre productions
of our Young Conservatory. No babes in arms allowed.
Most performances are intended for adult audiences; subject matter
may not be suitable for young children. Please call Ticket Services
for recommendations.
