How does the card work? Use your SCR Rewards Card when ordering by phone, in person and online. When ordering by phone or online, card will be stamped when picking up tickets. Any single ticket valued at $20 or more qualifies for one stamp. Some restrictions apply.
What are the restrictions? Free ticket cannot be redeemed for A Christmas Carol and Theatre for Young Audiences performances. Not applicable to subscriptions, previously purchased tickets and group tickets. Cannot be redeemed for any special events outside of the Segerstrom Stage season or Julianne Argyros Stage season, such as booked-in performances.
What seat will I receive free? You will be seated in the best available seating in section A or B. Section P seating is not available with this offer. Here are our seating charts. Your free ticket cannot be redeemed for A Christmas Carol, Theatre for Young Audiences performances or any special events outside of the Segerstrom Stage Season or Julianne Argyros Stage season, such as booked-in performances.
What do I have to buy to get my card stamped? Any single ticket valued at $20 or more — regardless of the stage. You get one stamp for each eligible ticket. Even though you cannot redeem your card for a ticket to A Christmas Carol or Theatre for Young Audiences, you may collect a stamp for these performances if your ticket is valued at $20 or more.
How do I redeem my card? Once you’ve collected five stamps, bring your card to the box office and make arrangements for your free ticket. Cards can only be redeemed in person at the box office. We will need to collect your completed Rewards Card at the time you are arranging your free ticket.
Does the SCR Rewards Card expire? Yes. The expiration date is printed on the front your card.
Can I use my SCR Rewards Card to pay for part of my subscription? SCR Rewards Cards apply to single tickets only, not subscription tickets.
Do SCR Rewards Cards apply to group ticket purchases? No, group ticket purchases do not qualify for getting your card stamped.
If I’m a subscriber and I sometimes buy additional single tickets, may I start collecting stamps on a SCR Rewards Card? Absolutely!
Are there any fees associated with redeeming my card? Since you will need to be present at the box office to redeem your card, there will be no fees associated with your free ticket.
How many SCR Rewards Cards can I use in a season? There is no limit to the number of cards you can fill up within a season.
