Typhoon in the South Seas! Killer octopus! Cannibals! Inspired by the true story of the unlikely hero who spellbound Victorian England — and the world — with his incredible tale of survival, a Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright invites you to revel in the joy of storytelling and the magic of theatre. Don't be surprised if you'll want to experience it all over again with your whole family.

Recommendation and Resources:
There’s a seriousness at the heart of the story—the collision of truth and storytelling and fraud—but adults will want to experience it all over again with their families, including kids aged 10 and up.
