Gift Certificate FAQ's

• Gift certificates can be mailed directly to the recipient (online, change delivery method to “Mail to recipient” and fill out the form), or to you.


• Any time after receiving the gift certificate, the recipient may redeem online, by phone or in person. It’s that easy!


• Gift certificates for classes cannot be redeemed online. Please call the Education Office at (714) 708-5510 to redeem.


• SCR gift certificates are redeemable for any SCR performance, season tickets or acting classes, pending availability.


• Tickets purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged for another date or time of same production only. Exchange fees may apply.


• SCR gift certificates may not be used for food, beverages or merchandise.


• SCR gift certificates are redeemable only for SCR performances and/or acting classes.


• The unused value of a gift certificate will be provided in the form of another gift certificate.


• Recipient is responsible for the difference when purchase exceeds the gift certificate value.


• South Coast Repertory is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.


• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time to comply with applicable law.
