Easy Subscriber Ticket Exchange Unable to attend your scheduled performance? Exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Lost Tickets If you should lose your tickets, call us as soon as possible, and we will replace them for you. Or stop by the SCR Box Office, and we will replace them prior to your performance.
Missed Performance If you miss your performance, please call the Subscriber Hotline to make arrangements for a performance of the same production within two weeks of your original date (subject to availability, limited to section A only). Then bring your unused tickets to the SCR Box Office to receive complimentary missed-performance tickets. Reservations are final. One free claim per season; for any subsequent missed show claims, a $5 service charge per ticket will apply. (Does not apply to Theatre for Young Audiences [TYA] or holiday shows.)
"Re-Play" Discount Enjoy a second visit to any show for which you have season tickets for only $25. (Does not apply to TYA or A Christmas Carol. Some restrictions apply. Call for details.)
Guest Tickets Subscribers may bring guests to their subscription performance for only $25 per ticket, pending availability. You may purchase as many guest tickets per season as the number of subscriptions you hold—i.e. four subscriptions entitle you to four guest tickets for the season. (Does not apply to A Christmas Carol nor Theatre for Young Audiences.)
Save on Single Tickets Subscribers receive $5 off the purchase of additional tickets to Segerstrom Stage or Julianne Argyros Stage shows. (Does not apply to TYA, A Christmas Carol or student matinees.) Simply mention you are a current subscriber when calling.
Super Subscribers—those individuals who subscribe to both stage series—receive extra savings: $10 off the purchase of additional tickets, including A Christmas Carol performances on select dates. (Excludes TYA and student matinees.)
Membership Card/Subscriber Discounts By showing your SCR SubSCRiber Membership Card and tickets you receive special performance-night restaurant offers through SCR's Bon Appetit program.
Super Subscribers - Save More! Ticket Donations Please do not let your tickets go unused. Prior to the performance time, you may return your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution. We will mail a receipt after we’ve received your unused tickets.
