Single tickets are exchangeable in person at the SCR Box Office up to 48 hours prior to the date on the ticket and are subject to a $5 per ticket service fee plus any difference in the price of tickets. (Check box office hours)
Subscribers enjoy fee-free flexible ticket exchanges up to 4 hours prior to show time.
By Phone Please have your tickets in hand when you call the SCR Subscriber Hotline at (714) 708-5599 as there is important information located only on the actual ticket. In Person Bring your tickets to the SCR Box Office. To ensure that all performances start on time, we are unable to process exchanges later than one-half hour prior to earliest curtain. However, we will accept tickets at show time for later processing. By Fax or E-mail Please cut your tickets in half lengthwise, make a photocopy/scan and fax to (714) 708-5522 or email to boxoffice@scr.org. Please include three alternate date/time choices and your name, address and phone number so we may call to confirm your exchange. By Mail Allow at least seven working days prior to the current date on your tickets and mail to: SCR Ticket Services, PO Box 2197, Costa Mesa, CA 92628-2197. We make every effort to provide comparable seating; however, we are unable to guarantee specific locations. Patrons exchanging for a higher-priced ticket will be charged the difference; balance is due at time of exchange. If exchanging for a less-expensive ticket, the balance is non-refundable. Discounts may not be available on all dates or in all seating locations.
Vouchers and some special offers are non-exchangeable.
