If I subscribe to both the Segerstrom and Argyros Stages, do I get an additional discount? Yes! See Super Subscriber pricing.
Where do I park? The most convenient, secure parking for SCR patrons is available in the structure off Anton Boulevard and Park Center Drive. A $10 parking charge will be collected as you enter. The parking structure is not owned or operated by South Coast Repertory and only accepts cash. Many local restaurants offer complimentary parking during SCR performances. Go to Map.
What if I arrive late to my performance or leave my seat during a performance? We work hard to provide you with the best theatre experience. To cause the least disruption, SCR patrons who have not entered the theatre when the performance begins will be asked to watch the monitors in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance. Latecomers, as well as those who leave the theatre anytime during the performance, may be assisted to alternate seats by the House Manager at an appropriate interval and may take their assigned seats at intermission. SCR accepts no liability for inconvenience.
How do I correct my address? If your address is listed incorrectly, or if you should move during the season, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may keep your customer information accurate. Please include email and telephone changes as well. Or login to "My SCR" above and change your information on "Account Information."
How do I get seating priority? Subscription seat requests are assigned in the order received. We make every effort to honor seating requests.
Cellular Phones, Beepers and Watch Alarms As a courtesy to all patrons, please turn these units to non-audible or off mode and do not text during the performance.
How can I be contacted in case of emergency? If you expect calls during a performance, leave your seat number with the House Manager and give SCR’s number to your telephone service, (714) 708-5500 and press 9 at the prompt.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? The SCR Bar is open one hour prior to curtain and during all intermissions. You may order your intermission drink before the show and avoid the rush.
Do you offer listening devices for those hard of hearing? Free headsets to amplify the stage sound may be borrowed in the lobby before the performance with a photo ID or credit card for deposit. (Subject to availability.)
Does SCR offer American Sign Language (ASL)-Interpreted Performances? Yes! Each Segerstrom and Julianne Argyros Stage subscription play and A Christmas Carol offers an ASL-interpreted performance for the hearing-impaired community.
Is SCR wheelchair accessible? Yes; seating arrangements for patrons with wheelchairs must be made in advance of the performance date by notifying SCR Ticket Services at (714) 708-5555.
Can I bring my kids? Without exception, each audience member must have a ticket to be admitted. No babes in arms are allowed to any performance. No children under age six will be admitted to regular performances; no children under age four will be admitted to Theatre for Young Audiences and Junior and Teen Players performances. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat and be able to sit quietly through the performance. Also, check online with the Box Office or our recommendations for each show; we offer information on content/age appropriateness.
