Where do I park? The most convenient, secure parking for SCR patrons is available in the structure off Anton Boulevard and Park Center Drive. An $8 parking charge will be collected as you enter. The parking structure is not owned or operated by South Coast Repertory. Many local restaurants offer complimentary parking during SCR performances. Go to Map.
What if I arrive late to my performance? To cause the least disruption, late patrons will be asked to watch the monitors in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance. They may be seated at an appropriate interval in alternate seats and may take assigned seats at intermission. SCR accepts no liability for inconvenience to latecomers.
How do I correct my address? If your address is listed incorrectly, or if you should move during the season, please notify us so that we may keep our records accurate. Please include email and telephone changes as well.
How can I get seating priority? Subscription seats are assigned in the order received. We make every effort to honor seating requests.
Cellular Phones, Beepers and Watch Alarms As a courtesy to all patrons, please turn these units to non-audible or off and do not text during the performance.
How can I be contacted in case of emergency? If you expect calls during a performance, leave your seat number with the House Manager and give SCR’s number (714-708-5500/press 9 at announcement) to your telephone service.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? The SCR Bar is open before curtain and during all intermissions. Order your intermission drink before the show and avoid the rush.
Do you offer listening devices for those hard of hearing? Free headsets to amplify the stage sound may be borrowed in the lobby before the performance with a photo ID or credit card for deposit. (Subject to availability.)
Does SCR offer American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreted Performances? Each Segerstrom and Argyros Stage subscription play and A Christmas Carol offers an ASL interpreted performance for the deaf community.
Is SCR wheelchair accessable? Yes, seating arrangements for patrons with wheelchairs must be made in advance of the performance date by notifying SCR Ticket Services.
Can I bring my kids? Each audience member must have a ticket to be admitted without exception. No babes in arms are allowed to any performance. No children under age six will be admitted to regular performances; no children under age four will be admitted to Theatre for Young Audiences and Junior and Teen Players performances. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat and be able to sit quietly through the performance.
