Options For Ticket Holders

2019-20 SEASON

If you hold tickets for any canceled shows from the 2019-20 season, you may have the ticket value as a credit on your account for use at a later time, donate the ticket value, exchange the value for a gift certificate or request a refund. Please use this secure form to let us know how you wish us to handle your tickets.

If we do not hear from you by Aug. 31, 2020, we will automatically credit the value of your ticket(s) or subscription to your account.

2020-21 SEASON

Due to the ever-shifting COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to be unable to announce next season. If you already purchased your subscription, please know that your money is safe. As soon as we can announce our plans, we will let you know all the options available to you. In the meantime, if you have questions about your subscription, please contact the Box Office subscriber hotline at (714) 708-5599 or email [email protected].

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once next season is announced, and if there is a difference in what you already have paid, you may use put that on account for the 2021-22 season or request a refund. 


Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to produce A Christmas Carol in November-December 2020. However, the original version of A Christmas Carol—with Richard Doyle as Scrooge—will return in 2021. If you already purchased your tickets for 2020, you may exchange directly into the 2021 production. You may call the Box Office directly at (714) 708-5599 to exchange your Christmas Carol tickets. You may also request a credit on your account to use at a later time, exchange the value of your tickets for a gift certificate, donate the value of your tickets back to SCR or request a refund. Please let us know your preference by filling out this secure form.  

*ABOUT GIFT CERTIFICATES: ​SCR gift certificates never expire and may be used toward ticket purchases or acting classes.
