Easy Ticket Exchanges
Unlimited fee-free ticket exchanges for another performance of the same show up to four (4) hours prior to your scheduled performance. You pay only the difference in ticket price, if any. Learn more.
Optional Pre-Paid Parking
Purchase parking passes at the time you subscribe and receive them with your tickets. Passes are $15 per visit and may be used at any of the three structures on Park Center Drive (at Anton Boulevard, at Town Center Drive or at Sunflower Avenue).
Priority Access
Subscribers receive priority access to A Christmas Carol and other special offerings.
Discounts
When you show your SCR SubSCRiber Membership Card and theatre tickets, you receive special performance-night restaurant offers through SCR's Bon Appétit program. You also receive bonus savings of $10 off single ticket prices to Little Shop of Horrors, Joan, Wish You Were Here, a world premiere to be announced, and The Staircase. You also receive these extra savings: $10 off the purchase of A Christmas Carol performances on select dates, 20% off purchases at the Theatre Shop and $45 off acting classes (available once-per-season).
Lost Ticket Replacement, Fee-Free
If you lose your tickets, call us or stop by the SCR Box Office, and we will replace them. Call the Subscriber Hotline at (714) 708-5599. NOTE: Replacement tickets will be held for you at the Will Call window of the Box Office. We do not mail out replacement tickets.
Missed Performance
If you miss your performance, please call the Subscriber Hotline—(714) 708-5599—to make arrangements for tickets for another performance of the same production (subject to availability, limited to Section A and B only). Note: One free missed performance per season; for any subsequent missed-show claims, a $5 service charge per ticket will apply. Missed performance ticket arrangements apply to subscription tickets to Little Shop of Horrors, Joan, Wish You Were Here, Little Shop of Horrors, Joan, Wish You Were Here, a world premiere to be announced, and The Staircase.
"Re-Play" Discount
Did you like a particular show? You can see it a second time for only $25 per ticket. The "Re-Play" discount applies to Little Shop of Horrors, Joan, Wish You Were Here, a world premiere to be announced, and The Staircase. (You have to have already seen the performance in order to take advantage of this benefit.) NOTE: This special benefit is for subscribers only and is non-transferrable. The "Re-Play" discount is pending availability and is limited to the number of season subscription tickets that you hold (for example if you have two seats, you qualify for two "Re-Play" tickets.)
Bring-A-Guest Tickets
Subscribers to the Segerstrom Stage and Julianne Argyros Stage may bring guests for only $25 per ticket. Theatre for Young Audiences Family Series subscribers may bring guests for only $15 per ticket. NOTE: This offer is limited to the number of seats in your subscription (for example, if you have two seats, you qualify for two bring-a-guest tickets). Your guests will be placed in the best available seating at time of order. If you would like to sit with your guests, please let us know. We may need to move you to accommodate your request. This offer is pending availability of seating and applies to Little Shop of Horrors, Joan, Wish You Were Here, a world premiere to be announced, and The Staircase.
