Ticket Exchanges

Unable to attend your scheduled performance? You may exchange your tickets for another date or time of the same production, pending availability.

Single tickets may be exchanged up to 4 hours prior to show time and are subject to a $5-per-ticket service fee, plus any difference in the price of tickets. (Check Box Office hours)

• To Exchange Tickets By Phone
  
  Call the SCR Subscriber Hotline at (714) 708-5599. Your tickets contain important information needed for the exchange, so please have them in hand when you call.
• In Person
  Bring your tickets to the SCR Box Office. To ensure that all performances start on time, we are unable to process exchanges later than 30 minutes prior to the earliest curtain. However, we will accept tickets at show time for processing later.

While we are unable to guarantee specific seat locations when we exchange tickets, we make every effort to provide comparable seating. Patrons who exchange for a higher-priced ticket will be charged the difference; the balance is due at the time of exchange. If you exchange for a less-expensive ticket, the balance is non-refundable. Discounts may not be available on all dates or in all seating locations.

Please be aware that some vouchers and special offers are non-exchangeable.
