Ticket Exchanges
Unable to attend your scheduled performance? Ticket exchanges are available for alternate dates or times within the same production only—exchanges into a different production are not permitted. Exchanges are subject to availability and your subscription type.
Single tickets may be exchanged up to 4 hours before show time and are subject to a $5-per-ticket service fee, plus any difference in ticket prices. (Check Box Office hours)

- Super Season, Segerstrom, Argyros and Theatre for Young Audiences Subscribers have unlimited fee-free ticket exchanges. You pay only the difference in ticket price, if any.
- Flex Subscribers have two (2) fee-free ticket exchanges per season.
- Create Your Own Subscribers have one (1) fee-free ticket exchange per season. You pay only the difference in ticket price, if any.

Call the SCR Subscriber & Family Fun Membership Hotline at (714) 708-5599. Your tickets contain important information needed for the exchange, so please have them in hand when you call. - In Person
Bring your tickets to the SCR Box Office. To ensure all performances start on time, we are unable to process exchanges more than 30 minutes before the earliest curtain. However, we will accept tickets at show time for processing later.
While we cannot guarantee specific seat locations when exchanging tickets, we make every effort to provide comparable seating. Patrons who exchange for a higher-priced ticket will be charged the difference; the balance is due at the time of exchange. If you exchange for a less-expensive ticket, the balance is non-refundable. Discounts may not be available on all dates or in all seating locations.
