With the SCR Flex:

• Flex ticket credits on your account can be redeemed for Segerstrom Stage and Julianne Argyros Stage plays in any seat, any section and any performance, excluding Opening Night.
• Flex ticket credits may also be redeemed for the Nicholas Studio play Three-headed Monster, any performance, excluding the two Opening Nights.
• Flex ticket credits on your account can also be redeemed for these productions:
  • • A Christmas Carol in Section A seating, performances through and including Dec. 10.
    • Laura Benanti: Nobody Cares in Section A seating, any performance.

• You may redeem your ticket credits for multiple tickets per production, one ticket per production or any combination. For most eligible productions, one Flex credit equals one ticket. For example, here are some ways you could use a Flex 4:

• Credits will be available for online redemption 24 hours after your purchase, both online and by phone.
• SCR Flex is valid for one year from date of purchase. Any credits not used after one year will automatically be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Unused Flex credits are not eligible for a refund.
