• Four ticket credits on your account to use when you want from the lineup of plays on the Segerstrom and Julianne Argyros Stages. Excludes A Christmas Carol, The Incredible Book Eating Boy, Rachmaninoff and the Tsar and Hershey Felder’s Great American Songbook Sing Along.
• You may redeem your ticket credits for any seat in any section anytime, online or over the phone during box office hours. Subject to availability.
• You may redeem your ticket credits for multiple tickets per production or one ticket per production or in any combination. For example:

    • 2 tickets to Little Shop of Horrors, 1 ticket to Joan, 1 ticket to Wish You Were Here

• Credits will be available for online redemption 24 hours after your purchase.
• Preview and Weeknight Flex ticket holders may call the box office and upgrade to an Anytime Flex ticket over the phone and pay the difference.
• SCR Flex credits are good for the 2024/25 season. Credits expire May 18, 2025 any credits left on account will be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Unused Flex credits are not eligible for a refund.
