How do I give someone a gift certificate?
Gift certificates may be mailed directly to the recipient. If you purchase online, you can add the recipient's name, address, and a special message.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Once the gift certificate is received, the recipient may redeem it online, by phone or in person at our Box Office. It’s that easy!
What can I use a gift certificate for?
SCR gift certificates are redeemable for any SCR performance, season tickets or acting classes, pending availability. If you have any questions, call SCR Ticket Services at (714) 708-5555. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time to comply with applicable law.
What happens if my purchase is less or more than the value of my gift certificate?
The unused value of a gift certificate will be provided in the form of another gift certificate. The recipient is responsible for the different if their purchase cost exceeds the gift certificate value.
May I exchange a ticket purchased with a gift certificate?
Tickets purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged for another date or time for the same production only. Exchange fees may apply.
May I use a gift certificate to purchase food and drink in the theatre when I watch the show?
SCR gift certificates may not be used for food, beverages or merchandise. Gift certificates are redeemable only for SCR performances and/or acting classes.
What happens if I misplace my gift certificate?
South Coast Repertory is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
