Meet the New Members of SCR’s Board of Trustees

SCR is thrilled to announce the election of four new members to its Board of Trustees. This talented group of individuals will help the theatre embark on new opportunities and continue its mission to advance the art of theatre in service of our community. SCR is grateful for their passion and expertise.

David Chase
David Chase is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Skyworks Solutions, a semiconductor company. David holds a JD from UC Davis and a BA from UC Berkeley. With his wife Kimberly, they are Platinum Circle donors, First Nights subscribers and frequently attend Theatre for Young Audiences and Families and Conservatory Players productions with their two young children.

Susan K. Hori
Susan Hori is Partner at Manatt, where she specializes in land use and environmental law. She serves on a number of boards in the community across many sectors, including the arts. She holds a JD from UC Berkeley and a BA from the University of Washington. She and her husband, Bob Davis, are Platinum Circle donors and have subscribed to SCR for more than three decades.

Regina Oswald
Regina Oswald is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who supports numerous causes through the Stephen G. & Regina Oswald Foundation. After a decade in pharmaceutical sales, she launched her namesake clothing brand, Regina Oswald—where she serves as Founder, CEO and designer—and has partnered with local organizations including CASA and CHOC. She has served on the Gala Committee for two years and, with her husband Steve, was a member of The Playwrights Circle this past season.

Tammy Tang
Tammy Tang is a local philanthropist and USC alum who is an avid supporter of theatre and literature. She chaired the 2022 SCR Gala after co-chairing in 2021 and served on the Gala Committee for several years. She and her husband, Sam, have been major donors to SCR for more than a decade. During that time, they have served as Honorary Producers of the Pacific Playwrights Festival seven times, as Honorary Producers of six productions and have been members of The Playwrights Circle.
