Redeem SCR Flex Tickets
How to redeem
To book tickets with your SCR Flex, follow the simple steps below.
If you have just purchased SCR Flex tickets, your credits will be available for online redemption 24 hours after your purchase. After 24 hours, please follow the steps below. If you haven't purchased your Flex tickets yet, do so here.
- SELECT YOUR PERFORMANCE
Click the redemption button below under the production of your choice. The link will take you to a list of available performance in the run of that production. - SELECT YOUR SEATS
Once you have selected your desired performance, select your seat(s). When you have selected your desired seat(s), choose the Flex ticket price. The Flex Ticket price will show up on valid performance dates, in valid seating sections. - ADD TO CART
Add those seats to your shopping cart. Please double check that your seat order has the Flex Ticket price type. Once you have confirmed, select "Checkout". - LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUT
Log into your SCR Theatre Account. On the "Checkout" page, scroll to the bottom to FLEX CREDITS. You will be asked if you want to apply your credits to the balance of your order. Please select "Apply Balance." - CLICK "BUY NOW"
When you see the balance change from the amount due, to a $0 balance, select "Buy Now." Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Box Office may verify your flex credit redemption if needed.
