Redeem SCR Flex Tickets

How to redeem

To book tickets with your SCR Flex, follow the simple steps below.

If you have just purchased SCR Flex tickets, your credits will be available for online redemption 24 hours after your purchase. After 24 hours, please follow the steps below. If you haven't purchased your Flex tickets yet, do so here.

  1. SELECT YOUR PERFORMANCE
    Click the redemption button below under the production of your choice. The link will take you to a list of available performances during that production's run.
  2. SELECT YOUR SEATS
    Once you have selected your desired performance, select your seat(s). When you have selected your desired seat(s), choose the Flex ticket price. The Flex Ticket price will appear on valid performance dates and in valid seating sections.
  3. ADD TO CART
    Add those seats to your shopping cart. Please double-check that your seat order has the Flex Ticket price type. Once you have confirmed, select "Checkout".
  4. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
    Log in to your SCR Theatre Account. On the "Checkout" page, scroll to the bottom to FLEX CREDITS. You will be asked if you want to apply your credits to the balance of your order. Please select "Apply Balance."
  5. CLICK "BUY NOW"
    When you see the balance change from the amount due to $0, select "Buy Now." Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Box Office may verify your flex credit redemption if needed.

Love Notes

July 6-18, 2027

1853, Düsseldorf, Germany. A young Johannes Brahms steps into the orbit of musical giants composer Robert Schumann and his wife, pianist and composer Clara Schumann. Brahms plays for the Schumanns and Robert declares him “a genius, the new Beethoven.” One year later, Robert Schumann descends into madness and commits himself to an asylum. The young lionlike Brahms remains by Clara’s side to help her and the Schumann’s seven children and falls deeply in love, yet Clara remains eternally devoted to her husband. What happens between them all is a romantic story for the ages written in sound.
