South Coast Repertory offers five distinct spaces in the David Emmes and Martin Benson Theatre Center that are perfect for corporate and non-profit use, including meetings, presentations, receptions, special events and more.
Located in Costa Mesa, Calif., SCR is near I-405 and SR-55 and next to destination shopping and fine dining at South Coast Plaza. Adjacent, independently operated garages offer convenient parking options.
Please note: Rentals are for single-day events or presentations. SCR does not host outside productions or performances such as plays, musicals or comedy specials. Panel discussions, corporate meetings, piano and choir recitals and events of similar nature are the only events that SCR will consider.

Segerstrom Stage
At 507-seats, this is our largest space with a stage that extends out toward the audience (modified thrust stage). The Segerstrom is perfect for large corporate presentations, training seminars, lectures, unique dining or reception events and more.
Julianne Argyros Stage
The 336-seat space has an intimate feel, with a framed stage opening (proscenium). The Argyros main floor and balcony seating work great for meetings, lectures, presentations and more.
Nicholas Studio
The smallest and most versatile space, this black box has 94 seats and a generous floor area that is well-suited for corporate receptions, meetings, presentations and more.
Studios
Four multi-purpose rooms in our education center accommodate groups of up to 50 people each, can be rented individually or together and are ideal for meetings and small presentations.
Lobby
The three-level lobby, with a total capacity of 300, is graced by floor-to-ceiling windows and views of a tranquil wooded park area. With a full-service bar, plenty of room for a satellite bar and standing cocktail tables, the lobby offers an elegant locale for receptions and large gatherings. Sections of the lobby may be available for events.
Ela's Terrace
The two-level terrace, with a total capacity of 500, is a versatile outdoor space that can be staged for daytime or evening receptions or other gatherings. The terrace features three theatre-inspired sculptures, bench and table seating and sparkling lighted trees. The upper and lower terraces may be also rented separately for smaller gatherings.
