About the Nicholas Studio
The Nicholas Studio is SCR's most intimate venue — a 94-seat black box space where the stage and seating can be configured differently from production to production. The chart above reflects the standard end-stage layout, with rows of seats facing the stage directly.
General Admission Seating in the Nicholas Studio is general admission: your ticket reserves your spot for the performance, but seats are not individually assigned. You're welcome to sit anywhere in the house when you arrive.
Because seating is first-come, first-served, we recommend arriving a few minutes early if you have a seating preference. Doors typically open 30 minutes before curtain.
